A confidential workforce survey gathers input from leaders, managers and employees. Participation is monitored throughout the survey period, with support provided when needed.
Responses are analysed to identify readiness strengths, execution gaps, risks, support needs and priority opportunities. This analysis typically takes five to seven working days.
You receive an executive AI Readiness Report, interactive dashboard and prioritised 90-day action plan showing what to address first and how to move forward.
